Appearance
Eleanor. Ellie. Ella. Ell. A kind girl, she is. Long, bright ginger hair, soft green eyes, pale skin, pink lips, and rosy cheeks that would make you think that she spent most of her life in the cold, which isn’t true. She's short, 4'6" at age 11, but she hopes that she'll grow taller someday. And she does. A smol bit. How disappointing; she wanted to be a tree. Now she's only a sprout. hAh.

Family/Home/History/Idk
Ellie is a relative of the Weasleys, her grandmother being a sibling of Arthur Weasley, which explains her fiery ginger hair. She doesn’t talk to them much, mainly because she lives in the more foresty parts of England.
Her father is a widely-known and famous Magizooologist, so living near/in a forest is a plus. Her home is always filled with fantastic beasts (wink wonk) of all kinds, and there is not one day where there are no Hippogriffs roaming the yard or Bowtruckles chilling on one of the many bonsai trees that litter her home. Creatures of all kinds reside in or around Ellie's residence.
Eleanor has always been fond of the beasts that her father had brought in, and there is not one that intimidates or scares her. Growing up, Eleanor has always enthusiastically helped her dad take care of the animals.
In her years leading up to Hogwarts, Eleanor has had two mothers. Her biological mother was a brilliant witch, but unfortunately, she died of breast cancer when Ellie was nine. A year or so after her death, Eleanor's dad remarried a Muggle woman. The Muggle was wary of the Wizarding/Witching world and had a hard time taking it all in, but she grew custom to it.
At first, Ella didn’t like her stepmother. Well, she was okay, but she missed her biological mom. She really started to despise her a few months before she went to Hogwarts.
In those months, Eleanor got into a car crash that paralyzed her legs. Her injury was something that even magic couldn’t fix. She blamed her stepmother for this injury because she was the one that introduced cars to the other Whimsys.
Since her legs were paralyzed, she spent the rest of the few months condemned to a wheelchair, and the rest of her life too. She can still get around in other ways, though, like crutches, being carried, or two students helping her. But she can’t feel or move her legs so I think crutches would be stupid-
Despite being a Herbology and Magizooology fanatic, Miss Whimsys dream is to become a Wandmaker.

Family Tree
As stated above, Eleanor's grandmother was a sibling of Arthur Weasley, which makes Perfy, Bill, Charlie, Ron, Ginny, Fred and George her third cousins. Her father had two siblings, Maria and Rosie, and they both had children (Nicholas, Christopher, and Amy), so they're her first cousins.
Second cousins would include Rose and Hugo Granger-Weasley, as well as James, Lily, and Albus Potter.
I’m still figuring some stuff out because this is all really confusing, so it'll take awhile.

Personality
Eleanor Whimsy is kind, thoughtful, and one of the sweetest witches you'll probably ever meet, but yet she is stubborn, firey, and persistent. She thinks more about others then she thinks about herself. Ellie is generous and hardworking, and if she wants something, she will get it through patience and work.
Like stated above, Eleanor seems almost fearless, but she isn’t. She's very afraid of dying as well as being alone, being forgotten, spiders, clowns, bugs, and confined spaces. Average fears, y'know?
But Ellie is generally happy and caring, accepting and strong.
Her feelings are hurt very easily, and she is sensitive to what others say or think about her. She's also very defensive of her thoughts and opinions.
You can depend on her for things and she'll make sure to provide them. Except she won’t do your homework. You're on your own with that, kid.
Eleanor always means everything she says. She doesn’t go back on her word nor does she spill secrets, so feel free to talk to her if you have something you want to get off your chest. She'll listen.

I hope whoever reads all this likes my character! She's my precious Hufflepuff child and I wuv her so much uwu.
