James Cooper was born on the 6th June, 2007 in Exeter, England. His father is a Pure-Blood who works as an Auror and his mother is a Muggle-born who works at the Hospital as a nurse.

Coming from a Pure-Blood family, his father has very high expectations, hoping that James will become an Auror just like him. He waited until James's magic started to surface when he saw his 6 years old son turned the hot chocolate from his mug into frozen ice, he then began to teach James the many basics of magic. No matter how strict his father is, he respects him very much and never wants to disappoint him.

When he turned 8, his family moved to Bridgwater because of his father's investigation, there he met a very strange but cheerful girl who was the same age as him in a Chinese Restaurant, he soon discovered that the girl is also a Half-Blood and her optimistic and innocent personality somehow intrigued him, at the end, she became his one and only trusted friend.

2 years later when his family have to move back to their hometown Exeter. They made a promise that they will see each other in Hogwarts again.



James has a sightly pessimistic personality and he is often skeptical toward strangers, and he has really sharp instint to detect danger right away. Due to his cold attitude many children his age stayed away from him and even fear him, so he hasn't got any friends at a very young age.

As a loner, James prefers to be alone than hanging out with anyone. During his free times he often helps his mother out at the garden, taking care of plants and flowers, which makes him a green thumb. He also likes riding his beloved horse Hazel to the countryside, away from the city and enjoy the view of nature.



James has long ash brown hair tied into a low ponytail, born with a pair of hazel eyes. His height is 150 cm, quite tall for a 11 years old and has a slim build.
