Pezzenali Adele Turner was born on a cool autumn's day, a minute after the clock struck twelve November 21. She was born into a family of pure-bloods, with firm beliefs and a strong hatred for muggles. Pezzenali was first born with red hair and blue eyes, but as she gradually aged her hair became blonde and her eyes a mystic green. As expected, Pezzenali was convinced that she was a Slytherin all the way. But when the sorting hat cried out 'GRYFFINDOR', she began to question herself.
A few howlers and angry letters later, it was revealed that the smart and frustrated girl's life had been a lie the whole time. Neither Laura nor Jameson were her real parents. They had been killed by remaining death eaters that had fled and went into hiding after the second wizarding war. Why were they killed?
They themselves were death eaters

Former death eaters, if you will. After her mother and father (Alice and Fortis Bellus) found out they were with child, they ran away from the Dark Lord, and their horrible past.

Not death eaters by choice though, but forced to by their horrible parents.

When 'Pezzenali' was born, they named her Bexley Fawn Fortis. When they died, their only child went to another death eater family.

Jameson and Laura said her first sign of magic was when she was five; she apparently blew up a door. But an aunt that reached out to the young girl said it was before then. The aunt (Teresa Willoes) said when she was born, she would create dazzling stars above her cot.
