Julian is a loud girl who often acts before she thinks, and doesn't care about the consequences. She is stubborn, and is easily angered. However, she is very chatty. She has brown hair with brassy undertones and almond brown eyes. She was raised by her father, a muggle, and didn't know that her mother was a witch until she got sent a letter. Her mother is, unfortunately, dead, and apparently lived a life of secrecy and seclusion. There is a rumor that she trained in the dark arts. Julian wasn't a bully or anything, she just fancied herself more of a rebel, and with her missing mother, she didn't see the point of doing anything that she decided wasn't worth her time. This led to a lot of missing work for little Julian. Her father wasn't home often, working very hard to support them both and increase his business. Jules does have a sense of righteousness, though, so when she sees bullies picking on other students, she doesn't hesitate to fight them. This earned her quite the negative reputation at her elementary school, though. She discovered her magic when she was, of course, fighting another girl. Julian was losing, badly. She felt desperate enough to do anything to win, that, one moment, the girl was on top of her, and the next, she was flung off Julian by an unseen force. Julian, freaked out, ran out of school, grabbed her bike, and rode home. It wasn't like her father was home anyways.
Julian didn't learn she was a witch until she was sent the letter to Hogwarts. It was then she realized she could have a fresh start, and go to a school where everyone didn't fear her. Who knows, maybe she could actually find a friend....
