I am Lavender Wood. Up until I was 10, I had no idea of any magical abilities. Then, more and more weird things would start to happen. From floating books to knocking over my dads coffee cup, I was starting to be aware of the things that I started to do. But I used to be a normal girl, or so I thought. My parents were never magical, so I grew up in public schools and doing everything that my twin sister did. Yes, I have a twin. Her name is Juniper. But, then I got a letter saying I would go to a magical school called Hogwarts. Apparently my parents knew about magic somehow and so I decided to go to Hogwarts. My parents helped me get prepared, and my sister had looked sad. She said a strained goodbye to me before I headed off to leave. I could only assume she was not happy about me going to Hogwarts without her, but I didn't know how to help her but to tell I would see her during Christmas break and everything. I knew it would hurt us both to be away from each, having to make new friends. I was going into a whole new place. But, I kept hope up like always. I wanted to get through my first year of Hogwarts with a good attitude.
