Alex Marie is a first-year student at Hogwarts. She is ecstatic to have been admitted. Her father, a Hufflepuff, told amazing stories about his time at the school that has made Alex dream of the day she received her letter.

Before she got her letter, she attended Cityview Elementary School, a muggle school, in London, England. At the school, she met Jude (Juliette) who became her best friend. Unfortunately, Jude was a muggle, and Alex was heartbroken to leave Jude behind. However, she knew she could not pass over this opportunity.

Her family consists of her mother (muggle), her father (Pure-Blood), her younger brother Felix (6 years old), and her twin ferrets, Kiwi and Kiki.

Alex is mostly extroverted. She loves reading books and putting her odd plans to action. These plans don't always turn out though. One time, she tried to let Kiwi, one of her ferrets, loose on her archnemesis. It didn't work. The ferret trotted over to the teacher's desk, laid down, and promptly fell asleep.

There was also the time where she wanted to make sure she was the valedictorian of her fifth-grade class. She didn't cheat, not exactly, she just hacked into the grading database to see what GPA's she had to beat. The good thing is that she won valedictorian. The bad thing was that her computer crashed directly afterward.

She loves brain puzzles. She also prides herself on her skill to make something out of virtually nothing. With some materials and her determination, she can make anything.

One weakness of Alex's is that even with all her planning, she worries way too much. Sometimes it annoys her.

Her father told Alex her entire life that she was a Slytherin. He said that she was resourceful, determined, ambitious, and a little sly, so she would be a perfect fit in the house.

Alex can't wait for that sorting hat to touch her head.
