As a toddler, Alexandra once had such a tantrum that every window in her and her dad's flat rattled violently. Most of her magical incidents involved her passionately upset about things her dad tried to shrug off as nothing of importance. Luckily, Alexandra has always been quite skilled at changing his mind. Alexandra's mum left her dad with the girl during her infancy. It never seemed to bother either of them very much. The two were close as can be and enjoyed it just being the two of them. Until this woman named Samantha started coming around and ruined everything.

Alexandra attended her father's wedding just days before receiving her Hogwarts acceptance letter. She was quite glad to be going away to school. Maybe she'd even learn to miss Samantha while she was gone. Alexandra highly doubted that possibility though. Samantha was the opposite of Alexandra in every way. Samantha was tall. Alexandra was rather short for her age. Samantha liked all things girly. Alexandra preferred to rough house and has always loathed wearing wearing anything pink. Samantha acted like she'd never read a book in her life. Alexandra loved to read. Alexandra loved to do lots of things Samantha had absolutely no interest in such as drawing, writing, and building things.

Animals have always had a large place in Alexandra's heart and she has tried many times to bring strays home.
