Elliot "Ellie" Emrys Braginsky is pitifully bad at fitting in. Her energetic and somewhat strange personality makes it hard for others to relate to her and it causes her a great deal of difficulty when it comes to making friends, most likely because of her mixed tastes. She looks relatively average on her own, but her combined clothing choices and personality make it abundantly clear that her face is the most normal thing about her.

Elliot was raised by her wealthy parents in Manchester after being born during their honeymoon. Of course, this was up until her fall from grace when she was 8. Her parents decided her rambunctious and over the top behavior was too mush to deal with and they quite literally left her out on the doorstep.

From there on, she got a part time job delivering newspapers. Even as an orphan, she was fortunate enough to have a pair of headphones and an MP3 player that she would charge whenever she went to eat. She was known for dancing across the sidewalk as she delivered papers. She always wore a pair of yellow rain boots and a light blue rain coat covered in a bumble bee pattern.

Her first sign of magical potential came in her ability to charm people into liking her without much effort. It was always subtle, but even people who found her just a little bit obnoxious soon started to find themselves believing she was cute enough to warrant a tip.

She has curly, dark brown hair and gray eyes as well as pale skin. Her hair is usually tucked up inside a dark blue newsboy cap to keep it out of her face.

Elliot only good at being a nuisance in English. She is fluent in Russian thanks to her father who is of Russian decent, hence her last name. She definitely has her father's faint accent.
