(Please ignore the profile picture. This is not what Berlin looks like.  If you would like to see what she actually looks like feel free to message and ask. I just couldn't find any other picture that had the correct amount of pixels -_-)
Berlin Green is a proud pure-blood hailing from Dumfries, Scotland. Both her parents are Scottish wizards and happened to be in Germany visiting family when her mother went in labor. She was born April 7th in Berlin, Germany (Hence her name. Her parents were never very creative to be honest) Berlin is quite talkative and takes every chance she can to show off her Scottish sass. Unlike most pure-bloods she isn't racist, however, she does have a strong disdain for squibs and is not afraid of saying so. She's quite short for her age standing at only 3'7. ( and though she won't admit it she's touchy about it. ) At first glance you would assume she's an unruly child.  She has a haircut known as a Shaved Side. One side of her head is shaved with the other side having long curly red hair. Her dark green eyes usually have a mischievous glint to them that pair wonderfully with her cheeky grin. On the left side of her face, she has a small mole under her mouth.
