Born to a muggle mother and a wizard father, who disappeared soon after her birth, Lea never really knew much about the wizarding world. She never really fit in with the muggles either, being too strange and constantly weirding out other kids and their parents. There was a few minor incidents that made her realize she's not entirely normal, but it all came together when Lea was visiting one of her aunts, who, knowing she didn't know anything about her father, said he was "some kind of a magician", who did some pretty strange things until pulling his greatest disappearing stunt.
A few years went by until Lea got her own Hogwarts letter, which made her mother in equal parts happy and terrified. It reminded her of the magical love she had experienced almost 12 years ago, as well as of the loss that followed. Seeing her daughter's eyes lit with curiosity and excitement about this new world opening before her, she didn't try to stop her leaving for Hogwarts. As long as she promised to write weekly, of course.

5 feet 2 inches tall and still growing. Lean, tomboyish. White, very pale - doesn't really go out that much. Light blue eyes and short-ish orange (natural red) hair. She looks very fragile, if not sickly. Could use a good night's sleep, a few more meals and a bit of a sunlight but other than that she looks pretty average 11 year old.

Very shy and reserved, since she used to be bullied in muggle schools. Still very curious and eager to learn, make friends and get to know this new world she inherited from her father. It might take a while for her to warm up to new people but once it happens, she's very kind and loyal, tries her best not to step on anyone's toes and just acts like this peacemaker and diplomat among friends.
