Charity's family was openly magicial and they lived in Scotland as many wizardry family did back then! They put her muggles schools as they liked muggles to much and wanted a muggle child. They unfortanley passed away in a muggle accident and she had to live with her aunt and 10 cousins! She got the letter after a fight with her aunt kicking her out! She now lives with her Friends and Her eldest brother who ran away from home at the age of 12 to go to Hogwarts! Her aunt thinks that being a wizard is pointless and she wants her to become a worker at the hospital however as she is a wizardry person she like her brother ran away to find herself stranded with no family allowing themselves to keep her! Her brother found her days after shivering in wintery cold with having no food and super tired having tried to sleep on the bare  ground! He rescued her and called the wizardry police on the aunt1 They live with no adults and have no money! The Only way they can survive is coming into Hogwarts. They don't have much money to buy their stuff! But luckily the potter family knew their parents and handed them money
