Appearances:
Pale white skin, with rosy cheeks and light brown freckles spread across face. 4ft 11in, but usually slouches, making them seem a few inches shorter. Blue eyes, with died light blue hair, which is naturally a light brown. Hair is very short except for a chunk that hangs over their right eye, partially obscuring it. They have short, stubby fingers, with chewed fingernails. They're thin, but not quite bony.
Personality:
Anxious, and shy. Once they know someone a bit better, they'll open up more. They frequently talk to themself, and are usually considered weird. (They like being weird though.) If seen in/near a crowd, they'll likely be hanging back, and will probably only be there because a friend brought them there.
Pre-Hogwarts Life:
They live with their mom and dad (both magical), and have decent relationships with both. They don't have many friends, and those they have won't be at Hogwarts. Since Aled is shy, they don't mind not having very many friends (most of the time.) Usually, they're happy just reading books or sketching or something else alone.
FIOM:
When Aled was nine, they were reading a book during free time at school. Some bullies came up, and, after teasing Aled, took their book. Aled got up, and tried to get it back, but they were still fairly short then. The bullies ran, and brought the book outside. Just as Aled got outside, they saw the bullies holding their book over a mud puddle. Suddenly, the book flew out of one of the kids's hands, smacked another in the face, spun around the third, and zoomed back to Aled. While their teacher gave them a bit of punishment, their parents did not. Their parents recognized the magic, and began teaching Aled about magic. (Not actual magic of course.)
