Cece is polite and kind to most people. She is generally cheerful and happy to offer help to anyone she thinks needs it. Often described as a bookworm, she loves to learn new things and takes a particular interest in astronomy. Her hobbies include ballet, gymnastics, and bracelet making.
Biography:
Cece comes from a loving muggle family, her mother a stay-at-home mom, and her father a surgeon. She has a muggle brother, Sam, two years older than her. Although her father's job kept him out often, he always made sure to make time to come to her ballet recitals and always showed his love. Cece's mother taught her to cook and to garden and ensured Cece and Sam always had someone they could confide in.
First Instance of Magic:
At the age of 4, Cece's mother had introduced her to the joys of gardening. Although she couldn't do much, she loved to waddle around and look at all the pretty flowers. During the summer months, she was playing in the garden as usual, when she spotted a snake slithering towards her in the weeds. Little Cece not knowing what a snake is, reached out to try and pet the creature, at which point it bit her wrist. When Cece started crying, her mother rushed over. She tried to explain with her whole vocabulary of a four-year-old, that she had been bitten by a creature, but when she showed her mother her wrist, there was no marking. Her mother assumed a bug landed on her and scared her and Cece had confused the feeling with pain, but in reality her magic had healed the wound before it could cause Cece any more discomfort.
