Physical Description: Celeste has long, dyed platinum blonde hair. It softly falls onto her shoulders, its structure being straight with slight volume. She has light skin and freckles, as well as icy blue eyes. Her lips are a dark pink-red shade and her nose has a small bump which makes her features look sharper. Her jawline is very visible.

Mental Description: Celeste is a very optimistic person. She likes spreading positivity even when she herself isn’t feeling it. In the beginning she’s held back but once she gets over the initial hardship she is a very open and fun person. She’s quite a risk taker and doesn’t like following plans too much. Loyalty to her friends is important to her. She is a very chaotic person and oftentimes forgets to do things because she has too much going on at once.

Biography: Celeste was born into a pureblood family. This caused her to be surrounded by magic from a young age. Her mother works in the ministry of magic and her father is a magical researcher. She has an older brother and they live in a cozy house close to the center of london. From a young age Celeste tried to make magic happen, but the first time it happened ended up being very surprising. When she was 5 years old and had her birthday party, she got to excited that suddenly all the balloons in the room popped. From then on her parents supported her every step of the way. However, her parents aren’t home much so Celeste had to have her older brother step up and raise her, especially from when she was 9 years old and upwards.
