Physical Description: Yash was not the biggest boy in his friend group, but he was not the smallest either. Average, as he always thought. His height was around 4'9. An inch taller than his friends, but physically he was normal. Slim yet strong enough to defend himself. He has dark black hair. He is not white, but rather of Indian origin.

Mental Description: Yash may come across as a timid boy from the outside, but he is rather charming and playful. He is incredibly respectful. He is fun, cheerful and full of life. He enjoys life and believes in living it to the fullest while fulfilling his role. He is an extreme extrovert and might sometimes come across as overboard with his jokes and teasing. He is not very serious and has a rather calm yet fun personality.

Biography: Yash James Charlie, a name that confuses many. Well, it should, as this is not at all a common name. Yash comes from a family where her mother is originally from India, who came to London for her education and fell in love with James Charlie, Yash's father. Together, they named him Yash James Charlie. Yash had a rather fun childhood. His father and mother love him deeply and enjoy the chaos he creates. Yash's father introduced him to magic when Yash was 9. His mother was a Muggle. Yash also had a dog, Mojo, when he was little, but Mojo died by the time Yash turned 7. Yash had spent most of his childhood in London, but is deeply connected with his Indian roots due to her mother.

First Instance of Magic: Yash was 9 when his father, James and his mother, Neha, sat him down. James told Yash that he wasn't just an ordinary man like Yash thought. James was a wizard. Yash, rather confused, asked what that meant. That's when James explained the Wizarding World to him. An explanation that was tough enough to question this young boy's whole existence. He finally asked quietly, "Am I a wizard too, Dad?" James didn't have an answer. He himself was an Half-blood but he wasn't certain whether Yash was a wizard or not, but that soon changed. Three months after the Wizarding World conversation, Yash was playing in the park with his friends, trying his best not to tell his friends about his dad's secret. That's when he noticed a puppy in a metal cage. He ran over and bent down to see the puppy. The puppy looked sadits he was locked in a cage. Yash had a deep love for dogs, especially as he had one himself. The puppy's sadness and distress made Yash sad as well... Yash sat beside the metal cage in which the puppy was kept. He tried to open the cage, but because it was locked, it was impossible to open. He lost all hope, as his eyes welled up with tears. He pulled his knees to his chest and put his head on his knees, a habit he had when he got sad. He started sobbing quietly, feeling extremely bad as he couldn't help the puppy. A few moments later, he heard murmurs around him. He got confused and looked up. All the flowers around Yash had started to wither. They were blackish-brown and dry, as if all the soul was out of them... Yash panicked and ran to his dad. This was unusual, as it was peak spring during that time. As he narrated the whole incident to his father, James understood that his son was a wizard just like him.
