Talia is incredibly curious, and clever too. not inherently a studious indivdual, though she does tend to find herself attracted to the library and to learning, as its the most practical way of getting information about a topic. she has an inherent drive to learn how things work. this on occasion gets her into trouble
Talia's family is well off, they ensured that she and her two siblings had everything they could need and whilst not indulgent, had much of what they wanted too. they were a happy family. but with that joy was also the fact that her family had rather public faces, her mother was the owner of a perfume brand, one of the more popular ones in the wizarding world, her father a famous author. she enjoyed spending time with her family but at the same time she had ever so much to live up to.
when Talia was about five years old her mother had put some after dinner mints out for some guests, and they had been just out of young Talia's reach. or at least they were supposed to be, until they found themselves sliding across the table into her waiting hands. her and her brother happily made off with the mints, eating them all up before the grownups had even finished thier dinners
