I have black hair and black eyes, and I almost always wear my hair in a ponytail. I love keeping my style simple, comfortable, and practical, so you will usually find me wearing a T-shirt and long pants. My favorite color is baby blue, and I also really like other soft and gentle colors. My favorite food is yogurt ice cream, and my favorite color is blue! I absolutely love reading about the magical world, and I sometimes imagine what it would be like if I could actually attend a magical school myself.

I can be quite bossy sometimes, especially when my three younger siblings are being annoying. Having three younger siblings means my house is almost never quiet! Even though they can drive me crazy sometimes, I still love them. I can also be pretty fearless, and my friends know that I have a strong personality. I have a pet beetle called Coffee, who is an Oryctes rhinoceros. My best friend is Sharon, and she is one of the kindest and sweetest people I know. I love reading and writing stories, which is something I also enjoy doing with my sister. I live in a condo with a beautiful view of the ocean, and I really love coming home to it.

My first instance of magic happened when I was eight, and it was a quiet afternoon while I was reading one of my favorite books. I was completely absorbed in the story when the pages suddenly began turning by themselves. The windows were closed, so I knew there couldn't have been a breeze. When the book finally stopped, the words on the page began to shimmer faintly, and the letters seemed to move for a few seconds. I stared at the book in complete amazement. Looking back, I realized that the book was probably the first sign that I had magic.
