Millicent aka Millie stands at around 4'2, with short brown hair and brown eyes. She is skinny from running around outside and has a pale complexion.

Millicent is kind and curious first and foremost. She is very sociable and very willing to make new friends; perhaps too willing. She has heard something of Hogwarts' secret passageways and is eager to find out more (don't tell her professors that, though). Millicent is very sensitive and might be considered by some to be an empath. Her sensitivity, however, is both her greatest strength and greatest weakness. She also is deeply afraid of many things, including magic because of her family's history with it.

Millicent is a half blood, born to a Muggle father and a wizarding mother. When her father realized her mother was a witch, they separated for a time, but eventually they remarried, having her younger sister Agnes 3 years later. Since then, they have been a (mostly) happy family but because of her father's fears and her mother's fear that he might leave if something magically bad happened, magic is something that isn't discussed very often and if it is, it's vague. Since Millicent got her acceptance letter to Hogwarts, her parents have been more open about magic but there's still fear surrounding magic in their household. This is part of why Millicent is so curious about it and yet so afraid of it.

Millicent realized she was magical when she was three years old; other children were biting her ankles when the glass vase near the children shattered, spraying glass near them and releasing hissing flowers. This was the incident that caused her mother to reveal her witch identity and her father to flee. A few days later, some people in robes came to Millicent and her family and talked to her mother. Even years later, one detail that stands out to her is how ghostly white her mother's face became when she opened the door to see them. People never treated Millicent differently after this, and part of her has always wondered why....
