Physical Description: Victoria has shoulder length blonde hair on the darker side, which she often pulls up out of her face. She has bright green eyes that are never staring at one thing, instead constantly searching the world around her with wonder. After the long summer spent in anticipation of heading to the Scottish Highlands, her skin has a golden glow from hours spent in the sun, but is well prepared to return to its typical pale fashion before the winter is out. Glasses adorn her face in order to help her see anything just a few feet in front of her, but she can make her way in the world without them. Well, at least she won't run into any walls.

Mental Description: If she's anything, Victoria is warm. She's quick to laugh, to smile, and to sit with anyone she might believe is lonely. She wants people to like her, but she also truly cares for them. When Victoria decides that someone or something means something to her, she will fight hard for them. However, this is triggered more often than people would prefer. She's hot-headed with a quick fuse, and a soul that holds more grievances than you'd think in an 11 year old.

Victoria is also remarkably curious and imaginative. In her free time, she creates entire worlds in her head, many based off of the simplest observations she makes about the ordinary neighborhood in which she lives. She can't help but figure that if the cities she's lived in her entire life are as fascinating as she finds them, the world beyond must be the most exciting and alluring thing that she can't wait to discover.

Biography: It was 8:49 PM on the 3rd of November, 2014 when William and Penelope Fox welcomed their first-born daughter, Victoria, into the world. They quickly learned that their new child was not one to just sit and let life come to her. No, she wanted to experience the whole world.

Being the daughter of a wizard diplomat and a muggle teacher was a balancing act, but Victoria always thought it was one of the best kinds. She got to experience the thrill of magic and the beauty of the muggle world as itself. Yet, it did have its downsides. Her father – a liason in the Muggle Affairs branch of the Ministry of Magic's diplomatic branch – was often away from home, always branching off to some country or another to smooth over the tensions between the wizard and muggle worlds. This meant that it was mostly her mother – a bright teacher with a fascination of all things muggle and magic – who raised her. She brought Victoria to her primary school, where she threw herself into her studies and her friends.

Because Victoria was raised largely in the muggle world, with the magic world making an appearance on holidays or in the months her father was home, she was tasked with the need to keep everything she had known as normal away from her friends. It always hurt a bit to keep something which had been so integral in her life away from them – instead saying that the reason why they could never play on her XBOX when her dad was at home was because they wanted to unplug and focus on family rather than the fact his magic would interfere with it. Frankly, she became more guarded than she wished she would have.

Getting the letter from Hogwarts was bittersweet. Victoria couldn't help but be excited by the new adventure, the opportunity to make new friends, and to get to learn about all the magic world that she hadn't seen yet. But there is still a part of her that wishes she could bring all of her friends with her, instead of being forced to write letters to her mother for her to send to them, in order to keep the owls away from their houses.

First Instance of Magic: It was the very early morning of a spring day in 2021, a date which Victoria can't entirely remember due to the fact that she was 6 years old. Her mother was asleep down the hall, while Victoria was hidden under the covers with a book and a purple flashlight. As she continued to read, her heart rate inched up as the main characters argued, their confusion about what was going on increasing. Little to their knowledge, the villain creeped up on them from the background, watching them carefully. Victoria gasped as the tension increased, her mind fully captured by the happenings in the book. She could feel goosebumps on her skin, the fear growing, when all of the sudden, the villain appeared and began to attack.

Victoria froze. Fear slithered up into her throat, and the covers were launched off of her as the lights in her room suddenly turned on in what seemed to be an attempt to soothe her fear for the characters of the book. However, this backfired massively, and she spent the night in her mother's room, afraid of whatever fearsome villain crawled out of her book to reveal her hiding place.
