Physical Description:
She is a young 11-year-old girl standing at 150cm tall. She has straight, slightly messy, dark brown hair paired with a fringe covering her eyebrows. She likes to have it tied up in a ponytail, a simple braid or a simple bun. Her eyes are akin to the colour of dark chocolate. She has a small face, smaller than most her age - a trait of her mother's. She is a healthy amount of thin, contrary to her appetite. Her skin is a unique ivory-beige with rose undertones, reflecting her mixed parentage.

Mental Description:
I am a little shy and apprehensive, especially when it comes to making new friends. However, once I warm up to people I find myself showing my more extroverted side. I deeply care for people, my trust is not easily broken, which does make me a little prone to manipulation.

I fear insects. I think they are disgusting and creep me out.

Sometimes, I hate being alone. It makes me feel unreasonably sad and abandoned. Despite those, I still love exploring the unknown and trying new things. I like exploring nature with Mum and looking at animals, excluding insects, with her. I also like muggle technology, which I blame my Dad for.

Talking to me about anything I am interested in often gets me rambling. I need reminders to stop, or it will be hours until my mouth has run its course.

Biography:
I am an only child born on the thirteenth of May, 2015, in Horley, England. I have lived there for nearly all my life, with the occasional visit down to Southeast Asia.

My dad, Ryland Eve, is a proud British with a love for planes. He never tried to push that interest onto me, but I could not help but be fascinated by them too, living near London Gatwick Airport. One question led to another, and my fascination grew to include all things technology. My dad is an electrician, who sometimes takes me to work and lets me help him repair some lightbulbs. He says he loves his job, but I know his heart belongs to the skies.

My mum, Lin He Xuan, was a Malaysian Chinese who moved to England to study in university and start a new life. She loves nature. Most of my bedtime stories from her were of her childhood adventures into the woods. I follow her into the woods sometimes, too. They are always entertaining, I will never not be amazed that how much she knows about nature. She loves animals, including insects to my horror. My dad and I turn to her to rid of insects and pests in our house. She always does so with ease, but the only pest she has ever killed are mosquitoes.

Growing up, I got strange looks from some people who could not figure out whether I was white or Asian. In school, I lost count of how many times I had to explain my mixed ethnicity. Some of them picked on me for it, others were hesitant to befriend me. Most people were not very nice, so I did not have many friends. Two girls named Eclipse Dawn and Emma Grace are the only people I am proud to call my best friends in primary school.

Eclipse and I bonded over being the school "outcasts". Some children did not like her black skin and obsession with outer space, calling her nasty names. We hide from the school bullies together and she would start a whispered ramble on planets to pass the time.

Emma was a classmate who also did not like me at first. But, after we got paired together for group work, she got to know me, and then decided that the school rumours were wrong. Since then, she has been bravely standing up to bullies for me and, later, Eclipse.

I do not remember a dull moment in my life, with two passionate parents who never fail to remind me that they love me. I am also intrigued and excited to explore this new world of magic.

First Instance of Magic:
It happened when I was seven years old. Some school bullies were chasing me down a long, empty corridor. I had been chased by them for a very long while at this point. The bullies were out of breath, my legs were starting to ache badly, but the chase still continued. It was the longest chase of my life. I was exhausted and wished that they would just stop chasing me.

Suddenly, the dry floor turned wet and slippery. I had slipped, but somehow miraculously maintained my balance. The bullies did not fair as well, they all fell down, getting themselves wet. We all looked at the wet floor in stunned silence, before the bullies started accusing me and blaming me for their fall, their voices loud enough to attract the attention of the teachers.

Despite the bullies blaming me, the teachers could not find any way I could have possibly made the floor wet. The corridor was completely empty, walls only, with no objects I could have used to trip them or throw at them. We were dismissed with a warning to not run in the school corridors and to watch where we were going. The bullies talked about how "blind" they were to have not seen the wet floor. I had believed that I also did not notice the wet floor, though inside, I knew the floor was dry when we first entered the corridor.

The next day, I realised that the bullies did, in fact, suffer minor injuries in the form of bruises. When others asked what had happened, they said they slipped and fell. But, when asked when it had happened, they said they did not remember. How they could have forgotten their long pursuit of me, I had no idea. I went to a teacher who was at the scene yesterday, and asked what happened to them. He looked at me, confused, telling me he did not know, that the bullies had slipped and fell on a puddle outside the school building.

I was even more confused, at first. Then, I decided that they probably had a worse fall outside when chasing someone else, which got them the bruises and made everyone forget about the strange small incident in the corridor.
