Nationality Russian - Residence Saint Petersburg - Background He was born in Saint Petersburg to Lidiya and Lazar Romanoff both having gone to Koldovstoretz. His parents are pure bloods. He at some point had a bit of a crush on his next door neighbor who was a muggle when they both were around 4. He hasn't been quite the same as before since the Werewolf attack. - Appearance He is about 5ft tall has a mod hair cut. His hair is a dark brown his eyes are Hazel and he has a spray of freckles across his face he has a scar just above his left cheek from a werewolf attack he also has scars in various other places has four fangs and a small gap between his top two front teeth. He has congenital vitiligo (meaning he was born with it!) leaving a Portion of his hair white and a few white/lighter patches on his body he wears glasses and has two ear piercings in his right ear - First Instance of Magic He sneezed and bubbles appeared some time after his third birthday. They scared him at first but he in the end found them funny. - Sport (N/A) - Special Race Werewolf

He and his parents lived in muggle apartments as they figured that it would be safer for them to raise Luka even though they knew that at some point he would have to have some schooling. The main reason why they lived like muggles aside from it being safe was because they found the muggle lifestyle to be interesting and wanted to study it by living it.
Not much longer after he was born his parents had met his neighbors parents and their little baby who would be his friend throughout his childhood. Growing up Luka was quite a normal child by wizard standards he played with toys and did normal kid stuff however by muggle standards he was a little bit odd especially when he was very happy about something as his muggle friend's parents just couldn't seem to figure out what it was about Luka that made him different though it may have been his Vertiligo. Luka's friend didn't really care that Luka seemed abit different. Luka's parents knew that their dear little boy didn't realize that he or they were any different from muggles. Luka enjoyed spending time with his parents and listening to them read about anything from muggle animals to wizard history. Of course Luka and his family had their routines in their muggle apartment, Luka was very familiar with their routines and he was content with them as they went something like; get up, get dressed, have breakfast, brush teeth and then help his mom around the house while his dad was off at work and of course there was more to their routines but it was all rather mundane.
