I have blonde hair styled with curtain bangs and bright blue eyes that people always seem to notice first. I'm average height for my age - 5'0"—but I make up for it with heels, which I refuse to leave the house without. There's something about the extra height that makes me feel like I can take on anything.
Speaking of taking things on, I'd say I'm courageous, maybe even a little reckless, but never without thinking things through first. Dangerous situations don't scare me the way they probably should. My friends tease me for running toward trouble instead of away from it. At the same time, I try to be sweet and helpful whenever I can, though if I'm being honest, my biggest flaw is that I trust people too easily. It's gotten me into trouble more than once.
I grew up in a warm, welcoming family, and at school I've always been near the top of my class. I've never struggled to make friends either—I have a close group who love getting into adventures with me just as much as I love getting into them myself.
The first time I ever did magic, I didn't even realize what was happening. My books just lifted off the desk and hovered there. I was only eight years old. This happened when I was on vacation in Northern Ireland. I didn’t tell my parents about what had happened, worried that they would think I was crazy. When my Hogwarts letter arrived three years later, everything finally made sense. There was also a kind professor who came with the letter to explain the situation to my parents. I will ever be so grateful for that. Imagine getting a letter and having to explain to your parents that you’re a witch!
