Physical Description: Maple-colored, frizzy hair with uneven waves of curls easily scattered by wind in such a way that strands clump into odd, untamed masses. Sunken, deep eyes that gain an enchanting twinkle upon smirks and smiles. Average height/weight; Olive-toned skin.

Mental Description: Curious, devoted, and honest (when it benefits her). Bright but socially naive. Quiet until she trusts her surroundings. More adventurous when alone, socially known to relate to people instrumentally - friendship is a give and take, not a relationship born of affections (although that does come down the line).

Biography: Quiet and dull upbringing in the farmlands, except for private self-guided escapades into nature. Raised by second-generation immigrants, intent on balancing tradition with modernity. Mother is a pure-blood witch, father muggle-born, creating a dynamic where Yung sees both sides of competing realities and never feels fully at home in one or the other.

First Instance of Magic: At age 8, when out for one of her regular meanders around the the Welsh countryside, a local village boy spotted her and approached. She dug her feet into the ground and prepared herself, even if she had little idea what for. He arrived and snatched a smooth, dark river stone she had carried in her left hand at all time for three months now. He tucked it deep into his coat pocket all while mocking her quiet nature. In a cold surge of possessive frustration, overwhelmed by the biting grievance that he had taken what was rightfully hers - Yung simply glared at his jacket in quiet anger. As the boy's taunts continued, a chilling, static pressure rushed up her spine; suddenly, the stolen stone grew so biting cold that the boy screamed, desperately yanking the freezing rock out and dropping it into the grass. Terrified by the sudden frost forming on the fabric, the boy fled while Yung simply smirked, an enlivened twinkle returning to her deep-set eyes as she picked up her prize, feeling an intense, private thrill of superiority that she carried all the way home. Her pureblood mother recognized the classic signs of a first magical outburst the moment the frantic neighbors complained, proudly ushering Yung inside with a celebratory cup of tea, while her Muggle-born father anxiously smoothed things over with the boy's parents, desperately inventing a story about a leaking ice pack to shield his daughter from suspicion.
