Physical Description:
Bianca is a 4’9 and fairly heavy for her age and size. Her face, round matched with big brown doe eyes eyes, gives a young and innocent fawn look to her. Bianca's hair is trimmed to keep short for convenience and look and is naturally brown.
Mental Description:
Bianca is a reserved and shy individual, rarely speaking up unless anyone she feels important to her is in need of help. She's intelligent for her age, having caught on to subjects quickly, but she doesn't plan to make anything of it because her mother insists "a woman doesn't need to be smart" (I DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS OOC). She considers herself mature, and even if unintentional, feels like she's more wiser than her peers. Bianca isn't exactly mean, but she's not a stranger to ignoring others, being passive aggressive, and snapping at others.
Biography:
Bianca is a pureblooded witch who lives in Cardiff, Wales and attended a community school before her acceptation to Hogwarts.
She was born to Rita Fisher and an unknown wizard in Edinburgh, Scotland, but after a particularly rough break up between Rita and the man Bianca was born from, Rita moved closer to family down in Cardiff.
Rita was a very promiscuous woman and has had plenty other lovers and has 4 children to prove so. Bianca is the oldest and, for the most part, least respected child. Rita was as bitter as she was wanton, and unfortunately Bianca's father was the least respected as well.
Rita often over estimated the capabilities of her children. When Bianca and her oldest brother, James, reached 10 and 9, she didn't see the issue in "teaching" her oldest kids "independence." The two of them were tasked with taking care of their younger siblings, Louis and Sam, while their mother either lazed in a dazed mess around the house or did the bare minimum.
The house wasn't always ran by Bianca and James though. Rita would have phases of men who offer to assist in childcare. These are the times Bianca could feel regular to an extent.
Bianca, at the age of 10, had her first run in with magic.
At 11, she was sent her letter from Hogwarts.
First Instance of Magic:
Rita was late home again, probably bumped into a friend or stumbled into a particularly cute guy on her way back from work.
Its been hours since Bianca and her brothers got back from school, but it's only been minutes after she listened to the letter from her mother.
'Make sure the house is clean, Bea. I don't want to have a fit when after my long day of work.'
It was a rather easy task, but not when James was already napping, Louis didn't know what he wanted to eat for his after school snack, and Sam couldn't stop his boredom.
While the others could wait, Sam's boredom spawned a loud incessant crying.
Bianca's feelings of tiredness and overstimulation manifested in magic assisting her with entertaining her brothers by moving toys on their own while she got along with her chores.
