I am a pureblood witch who comes from the respected family of the Xu’s. Our house is situated on the outskirts of Cambridge. My family are not warm and as loving as I wish they were but they also were not neglectful and would often give me gifts. I pride myself in looking my best at all times. I am extremely proud of my long, straight, glossy black hair that catches the sun in the summer and ripples in the gentle breezes of the spring. But even though I love my hair, people often tell me that my eyes are my best feature and I do agree sometimes when I have the odd bad hair day. I have dark, dark brown eyes which you could get lost in and a dazzling smile that is completely and utterly gorgeous. I of course know all this but I was taught at a young age not to brag about my appearances to anyone as it could make them uncomfortable. My mental health, on the other hand is a bit of an issue. I normally feel alright but if I ever have an argument with my father, I would often storm up to my room to cry my eyes out. You see, I have almost developed a sort of power, shall we say to instantly stop crying the moment someone comes into my room. It is not a good thing yet it is not bad either. Though I have heard about muggle burns and half bloods I don’t think they’re half bad. I have, in fact, always been fascinated by the muggles in our world but I am also a little afraid of them though I try not to let it show as that would prove embarrassing if my parents knew. It was only 3 years ago when I was 8 I first saw my magic in action. I was very surprised when I fell from the balcony as I normally spend my nights staring up at the night sky trying to count the stars and talking into the night sky. After I fell, I stopped moments before I hit the ground and ended up with not a scratch upon my body.
