Sol is a little girl as sunny as her name suggests. There’s no doubt that this was a common trait, perhaps even a way of life in the Severino family.
Damián and Naomí met while attending Beauxbatons. The young man coming from a muggle-born family and the young woman coming from a hybrid one, they quickly grew interest in each other's world. As they grew up, they shared a dream: to move to England. So, they went there after graduating. Damián studied broomology and works at a large broom manufacturing company. Naomí studied alchemy and works in a laboratory that produces potions and health remedies. They got married shortly after landing their respective jobs. They were then blessed with two daughters, both born in London. The girls are as kind as they are pretty. The little family is modest in appearance: they are not rich, but are not in need either. And if you asked them, the Severino children would tell you they had everything they needed.
There are three things Sol loves unconditionally and above all else: the sun, candy, and her family. The little girl was very close with her older sister, Salomé. But that closeness gradually faded as Salomé entered her teenage years. Perhaps one day, Sol would understand why. She cherishes their precious shared memories: laughing and snacking on candy, lying in the grass, basking in the sun.
Sol’s appearance is as radiant as her personality. She is a very cheerful, kind, and generous child. Her rosy skin is highlighted by her cascading, wavy golden hair. Her hazel eyes bring out her freckles. She doesn’t have the typical complexion of a little Spanish girl, yet her family is indeed of pure Spanish descent. Her sister and mother are just as blonde as she is. Her father, on the other hand, has black hair and dark skin, as one would expect. Genetics sometimes do funny things.
First Instance of Magic: Sol’s first experience with magic happened on a Sunday afternoon. She was 9 years old. The little family was having fun together at a picnic. The girls were playing togather, and their play turned into a tickle fight. In the excitement, Sol briefly made the dishes on the picnic blanket levitate a few inches above her.
