Physical Description: Andrei Vilcu is an eleven-year-old boy with neat, short light brown hair and bright hazel eyes. He likes to dress well but comfortably and he doesn't like formal wear at all except for the Hogwarts uniform.

Mental Description: Andrei is a curious, kind, and observant boy. Being raised in a magical family, his parents taught him about the entire wizarding world from a very young age. He is a hard worker, and also a little bit timid. He doesn't like to boast very much, but he does like to show off his belongings and recommend them.

Biography: Andrei was born and raised in a quiet, cozy neighborhood in London, England. Growing up in a wizarding household, magic was a natural part of his everyday life. He was all the time thinking about Hogwarts, his 2 older brothers who were in the fourth year always were talking about it, and more and more, Andrei wanted to get into Hogwarts, every year he would ask his brothers to tell him about all the things they had done during the year.

First Instance of Magic: Andrei's first instance of accidental magic happened when he was seven years old. He was walking down Diagon Alley when he lost sight of his family. In a flash of panic, his magic caused a heavy stack of copper cauldrons outside a nearby shop to tumble over, creating a massive crash. The loud noise immediately drew the attention of the crowd and his parents, who found him right away. He was so shaken by the loud incident that he didn't want to go back to Diagon Alley for a while.
