✧ appearance ✧

Clara has wavy, auburn, long-ish hair that she typically wears in a half-up with a plait. Her eyes are dark green, and she has a smattering of freckles across her nose. She is 136cm tall with a petite build. She looks slightly young for her age, with soft features. She has a habit of always having a slightly messy uniform and ink stains on her fingers from constant sketching and drawing.

✧ personality ✧

Clara is confident, kind, and very extroverted. She is more emotional than logical, and often gets in trouble at home for being too passionate about her opinions. Clara is quick to forgive people but she won’t ever forget what happened. She goes with the flow most of the time, is curious and a problem solver. She speaks her mind whenever she feels like it with little immediate regard of other people’s opinions, but then realises later that her opinion might have been slightly uncalled for. She’s a slight rule breaker, and she fully believes in the end justifying the means. She is protective and would lie to protect a friend. She is sarcastic and stubborn but loyal.

✧ background ✧

Clara’s family is very traditional, strongly believing that pure-bloods are superior. However Clara doesn’t hold that belief, she thinks everyone is equal. Her parents set high expectations for her, and they pressure her to succeed, however Clara mostly ignores them and does her own thing. Her parents are strict and kind of distant, and she has no siblings. Her family home was quiet, and they didn’t travel much so Clara was not exposed to muggles and other wizards and witches. She spent her childhood playing outside and reading.

✧ FIOM ✧

Clara's first instance of accidental underaged magic occurred when she was 7. After spending a day in the woods outside their family home, she had come back with a heap of dandelions and had planted them in one of her mother's garden beds. Her mother had got upset, as the yellow of the dandelions didn't match the pastels of the other flowers, and had pulled them out. Clara was quite upset and went to bed. However, the next morning, she found that the flowers in her mother's garden bed (full of hydrangeas, sweet peas, petunias, and fuchsias) had all bloomed and turned yellow like a dandelion.
