Celine was born from Spanish father and Chinese-Filipino mother. She has tanned skin, full and wavy dark brown hair and light brown eyes. At the age of 11, she stands at 140cm tall and has a lean figure.

Creative, intuitive, ambitious, curious and extroverted, Celine sneaks into every room with her dry, quick-witted humour and keen eye for fashion, trends, and neighbourhood gossip. When faced with difficult situations, however, her defence mechanism is to use humour or detachment to avoid conflict. She is also a picky eater and detests anything with pork in it.

The Salvatierra-Chua family is a powerful pureblood family which resides in London. Celine has one brother, Tristan, who is a year older. When she was but three-years-old, Tristan made her laugh so hard that she floated onto the ceiling. Over the years, Tristan had grown rather cynical, detached and transactional, often butting heads with Celine due to their differing beliefs regarding muggles. Tristan later showed interest in Quidditch, while Celine inherited her mother's knack for writing. Prior to their acceptance to Hogwarts, her father's extended family heavily endorsed the pair's education with expensive lessons and a top-notch governess, in hopes to maintain the excellence of the Salvatierra bloodline.

Celine grew up learning that she was born into incredible power, and hence maintaining a spotless social reputation was of immense importance. She is, no doubt, a bit of an elitist, secretly enjoying high society and the company of other rich, pureblooded pricks. Will she grow out of her pretentious leanings and embrace humility?
